Ring Cyclotron Simulation

Basic Simulation Setup

The simulations consists of of scenatios and cases, described in detail below. In general in the cases the initial phase is varied in the scenarios acceleration and flat-top voltages are varied.

Default parameters for the simulations:

integration steps:0.5 [deg]
number of particles:100k ... 1000k
mesh size:32 × 32 × 32 (64/128)
current:3e-3 Amp
kinetic energy:72 ... 590 MeV
